Cameron's Thoughts on Finding Your Fire

We all have things we love. Things we care about deeply. For many of us it's people, others it's animals, and yet others it's perhaps a certain place or art. Regardless, it's this passion that we all carry for someone or something that makes us human. Your fire is your motivation to be a little healthier, work a little harder, and reach a little farther. It is your determination to be there for the people you love longer, share more moments with them, to run, play, and maybe even dance with them. We owe it to ourselves to be healthy and the best versions of ourselves for our loved ones. So set a goal, make a change. It's OK if at first you tell yourself you can't do it, charge forward anyways, remember what's important to you. Remember the faces of those you love and why you need to make this change. This is your Fire.

Andi's Thoughts on Why Working Out is for Everyone

I get sad and a little disappointed with people when they initiate a conversation about fitness only to tell me it's "not their thing" or they're "not into it".

I'm not a car enthusiast. I'm not fixing up an old classic in my garage. You probably won't see me at a car show on the weekend. But for lack of a passion or hobby aspect of it, there is the practical aspect that I have a car and it is a primary mode of transportation. I realize I'm going to need some basic things regardless of being "into" cars or not. I'm going to need appropriate fuel, routine maintenance and upkeep. We all get different/newer cars throughout our lifetime...but only one body to live in. Why would we take better care of a hunk of metal than our own irreplaceable body? Everyone needs some level of fitness...appropriate fuel and routine maintenance.
