Before beginning any workout plan, you should consult your physician to ensure you are in adequate health to begin a fitness program.

When we are ready to begin, we will start with your fitness assessment which will include measurements as well as questions about your goals and lifestyle to ensure we are on the same page for what you wish to accomplish.
