This plan works great for the person who simply needs to know what to do and will move forward on his or her own without any outside motivation. This plan will be a toolkit to educate on what dietary steps are needed to achieve a desired level of fitness, health and look.
Plan B: Medium Guidance
$99.00 One Time Fee + $25 Weekly
Macronutrient Profile: Your correct number in grams of protein, fats and carbohydrates
Sample Meal Plans to help you put the numbers to work
Guidelines for frequencies and coupling with training
Trainer Tracking: Your nutritionist will track your progress and food choices along with you and help you make tweaks and modifications as you go along your journey
Accountability Checks: Your nutritionist will monitor your progress and adherence to your plan daily and check in with you weekly to assess challenges.
This plan works great for a person who has a lot of internal motivation but sometimes needs just a little extra push and accountability along the way.
Plan C: High Guidance
$88.00 Weekly
With this option, we will be doing your meal preparation for you according to your appropriate plan for your height, weight, build and fitness goals. The plan will include your meals for the entire day for six days a week. The seventh day is your cheat day to take a break from the more stringent diet and eat as you please.
This plan is great for the person who needs a lot of accountability, has had a hard time adhering to plans in the past, or a person who has an incredibly busy schedule that does not allow time for cooking and meal preparation.
