Working out is hard work...real hard. Many will go in with a plan for success and at first everything seems to be on track. Eventually, however, we will all hit a rut.
Working out may seem to time consuming, too strenuous, or maybe even just start to get boring. So why not increase your chances for success and decrease your out-of-pocket costs! Work out with a friend or a team.
Our team work out sessions will place you with comrades of your own or other people who are working towards similar goals as yourself.
Your friends will be there to make sure you are accountable, give 100%, and to encourage you to push harder on days where you might need a little extra. You will still have the support of a trainer but now some awesome workout buddies as well! Give it a try, you have nothing to lose but weight!
Includes 3 Sessions per week!

MWF @ 8:30-:930am Early Bird team workout
T-Th @ 1:00-2:00pm Sparrow team workout
MWF @ 7:00-8:00pm Night Hawk team workout
